I really like the LED light on the F450 so instead of going back to my local hobby store and paying $18 for 30 inches of flexible LED strip, I found some waterproof version on Amazon.com for under $13 shipped.

I did not really care about it being water proof but I ended liking it a lot more than the non waterproof ones because the rubber coating made the lights very smooth. The lights do not scratch or catch on anything. I could also grad on to it and not have the uncomfortable sharp feeling. Plus it protects the lights from breaking as easily if I crash.

Next up is the T-Motor MT2216 900KV I bought on ebay. When purchased these motors I only got 4 of them because it was suppose to be for the F450. But before I received the motors (it was coming from ATHENS, Greece) I have being to upgrading to a larger frame. Then by pure luck I as a guy selling 3 of the same motors on RCG for only $45 shipped. One of the motor was brand new in package and the other looked brand new but he had shorten the wires. Then all seem to work just perfectly. It might still a lot still but I was able to get 7 motors for 217.99. On average each motor sell for $50 shipped.
With a 2.4K (2370g) takeoff weight with a 3000mah 3s lipo I get a solid 5 minutes of flight time with all the video gear mounted. I still think that 5 minutes is very low but everyone else with the same takeoff weight are saying the times I am getting is pretty good.
