Custom Subwoofer enclosure

Here is a mock up drawing of the subwoofer box. The main problem I had was deciding to make the box up firing or down firing. As you will see I went with the down firing box.

I lucked out at Home Depot and was able to get a 8 foot sheet of 3/4 inch MDF for $4. They had a scratch and dent clearance section at Home Depot where variouse 8 foot sheets of wood for $4.

Here are the first few pieces that contour the hump in the middle of the truck.

Now the fun part, the chopped off corner.

Here is my best attempt to cut matching angles with my band saw.

I used my spiral saw to cut the opening for the woofer.
